Key responsibilities: Own the translation of technical plan features into core value propositions and strategic positioning frameworks for targeted audiences Train and equip internal sales teams and broker networks with updated materials to optimize conversion rates Project manage product lifecycles and county expansions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Required qualifications: 7+ years of experience in product marketing, brand strategy, or B2B enablement in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience Minimum 3+ years of experience leading go-to-market campaign execution in health insurance or digital consumer health products Proven track record of managing project timelines and creative assets under strict deadlines Experience supporting B2B broker networks or employer benefit administration platforms is a plus
