Numbers are your strength, and you're ready to do more than just crunch them? As a Junior Controller (80 - 100%) at Publicis Groupe, you'll work at the intersection of finance and creativity. You'll dive deep into financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, gaining hands-on experience that will take your skills to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements – because accuracy and reliability matters
• Collaborate on budget planning and forecasting, translating data into business insights
• Monitor budgets, actuals, and client profitability – so everything adds up
• Dive into project controlling, ad hoc reports, and cost management
• Work closely with our Shared Service Center, partner agencies, and DACH teams
• Be the go-to person for finance & controlling matters within our agency teams

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role – you've got the basics, now you're ready to take the next step
• A degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on finance & controlling
• You enjoy working in an English-speaking environment and feel confident communicating in English! If you also speak German, that's a great plus
• Strong Excel skills; first experience with Power BI and SAP is a great plus
• A sharp mind with a solution-oriented approach – you see challenges as opportunities
• A fast learner who thrives on understanding complex processes and making them work and continuously learn
