Primary Care FNP/PA - In‑Office & Telehealth Impact

One Medical

A primary care provider in Chicago is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to manage a diverse patient panel, conducting in-office and occasional tele-health visits. This role requires completion of an accredited FNP or PA program, along with relevant outpatient primary care experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for human-centered care and effective communication skills.
