Role Description The Inside Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Grapevine, TX. This role involves managing inbound and outbound sales calls, preparing and following up on freight quotes, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into active customers. The coordinator will handle order processing, maintain accurate customer and shipment records, and ensure timely communication between dispatch, operations, and clients. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving service issues, monitoring shipment status, and proactively supporting customer satisfaction and retention efforts. The role also includes updating internal systems, preparing basic sales reports, and contributing to process improvements that enhance service quality and efficiency. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, including lead follow-up, quote preparation, and basic sales pipeline management. Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship building. Candidates should possess Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional phone etiquette. Candidates should possess Order Processing skills, including attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and ability to work with CRM or TMS systems. Experience in logistics, freight, or transportation services is highly beneficial. Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and comfort working with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) and willingness to learn company-specific platforms.
