Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, business-minded individual to lead our sales effort. This is a role for someone with a proven ability to create and manage multiple lead generation efforts and close a sale memberships.

Qualifications

• Grit: sets challenging goals and attacks them with a competitive spirit despite any obstacle or setback
• Demonstrated success in a sales, marketing or customer service role
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong desire for upward mobility
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Demonstrated ability to build a social media following
• Extensive training on dog health and behavioral science

Responsibilities

• This person will assist in growing overall sales and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
• In order to excel, this teammate will need to thrive on these daily responsibilities in coordination with the General Manager:
• Manage social media content that showcases the benefits of Dogtopia
• Develop and execute an events schedule (e.g., photo shoots and treat days)
• Schedule and conduct tours with prospective pet parents at our wellness centers
• Build deep relationships and understanding the needs of prospective pet parents
• Educate pet parents on the benefits of routine socialization, exercise and education to enroll them in weekly daycare plans
• Monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
• Collaborate with team to create an exceptional experience at every customer interaction
• Achieve set sales targets for the location
• Manage the pet parent Meet & Greet experience from beginning to end
• Influence: builds strong relationships with new people, identifies the needs of others, and uses outstanding communication skills to inspire and educate others to take action
• Strategy: assesses customer opportunities with an organized approach, anticipates obstacles, and uses creative thinking to improve the customer experience
• Passion for our noble cause, including the delivery of exceptional service to both our 4-legged and 2-legged clients
