Cash Management Associate

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Cash Management Associate II to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL . This is a hybrid, contract position. SALARY $23-$26 per hour (depending on experience) REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 2 years of recent office experience, preferably in data entry with high accuracy. Must pass a data entry test scoring at least 85% accuracy with a minimum of 6,000 keystrokes per hour. Extremely detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy. Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES Review and process ACH (direct deposit) forms received electronically. Enter confidential client banking data accurately, including personal account details and demographic information. Research and resolve errors in data entries or processing issues. Communicate with clients and internal teams via email and instant messaging. Handle inbound calls from branches and support staff, providing customer service and follow-up. Multi-task by managing calls, emails, and data entry simultaneously.Review and correct processing errors as needed. Perform additional assigned duties related to ACH and cash control processes.
