Metal Grinder Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Location : Lebanon, OH
Metal Grinder Requirements/Qualifications:

• Ability to stand in one area for the majority of the shift
  
• Experience using hand tools and power tools preferred
  
• Ability to grind, sand, and polish metal surfaces according to specifications
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect materials for flaws or defects
  
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
  
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
  
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
  

• Grinding, sanding, and polishing metal objects to meet quality standards
  
• Operating grinding equipment and adjusting power output as needed
  
• Preparing surfaces for additional finishing processes
  
• Inspecting finished materials for cracks, defects, or imperfections
  
• Marking cracks and splits requiring additional repair
  
• Operating automatic blasting equipment
  
• Correcting surface defects and ensuring product quality
  
• Using cloth, hand tools, and power tools to achieve smooth finishes
  
• Following all safety regulations and maintaining an organized work area
  
• Supporting production goals and completing additional duties as assigned
