Service Cloud Core Skills • Case Management: Customizing cases, entitlements, SLAs, and knowledge bases. • Routing & Console: Configuring Omni-Channel, skill-based routing, and the Service Console workspace. • Automation: Building complex Salesforce Flows, Apex triggers, and custom LWC (Lightning Web Components). • AI Tools: Integrating modern features like Einstein Bots or Agentforce conversational tools Integration Experience • API Development: Connecting external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. • Telephony & Chat: Implementing CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) and third-party chat tools like AWS. • Real-Time Data: Using Platform Events and middleware to exchange live data securely.
