Community Employment Specialist / Job CoachHours vary, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.Overview:We are seeking a Community Employment Specialist / Job Coach in Erie County to play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to gain and maintain meaningful employment, while also encouraging active participation in their communities. As an Employment Specialist / Job Coach, you'll assist individuals in building job skills, crafting resumes, preparing for interviews, and navigating the workplace to foster independence and inclusion.Please note: This position requires the use of your own vehicle and is part-time with no guaranteed weekly hours.
