Accounting Supervisor

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a stable and growing manufacturing organization seeking an Accounting Supervisor. This position will lead the financial reporting function, oversee two direct reports, and play a key role in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities within a fast-paced accounting environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys GL accounting, learning the ropes of supervision/management, financial reporting, and working in a collaborative team-oriented culture. The ideal candidate will bring strong month-end close experience from a manufacturing environment.

Current Senior Accountants even without supervisory experience are encouraged to apply!

• SOX Compliance
• Internal and External Audit Support
• Financial Statement Preparation
• Staff Supervision and Development
• Cross-Functional Business Partnership
• Process Improvement Initiatives
• Special Projects and Ad Hoc Analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Hands-on month-end close experience required
• Manufacturing accounting experience strongly preferred
• ERP system experience required
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Public company experience preferred

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
