About the Role Greenville Office Supply (GOS) is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy E-Commerce Coordinator to support our Promotional Products and E-Commerce divisions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for digital merchandising. You’ll manage online storefronts, maintain product data, and ensure smooth user experiences across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Promotional Storefront Management
- Maintain and update multiple online storefronts
- Create and manage product listings (images, descriptions, pricing)
- Add new users and handle password resets
- Remove discontinued items promptly
- Troubleshoot storefront issues for customers and internal teams
- Customize storefronts using basic HTML and inline CSS
- Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create/edit logos and manage digital assets
- Add and update products using Excel-based imports
- Research and enrich product listings with accurate descriptions, titles, and media
- Manage user accounts and resets across platforms
- Ensure product data integrity and perform periodic site audits
- Collaborate with the team on recurring monthly tasks and ad hoc projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (required)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (required)
- Familiarity with basic HTML and inline CSS (preferred)
- Background in e-commerce, promotional products, or digital storefronts (a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability and independence in task execution
- Comfortable managing multiple projects with shifting priorities
