As part of our Southeast team, you'll identify new business opportunities, connect with decision-makers in manufacturing, logistics, and several other sectors, and schedule discovery meetings for our outside sales team. This is a key role that blends strategy, persistence, and communication. You'll be part of a company that values curiosity, integrity, and results.

What You'll Do:

• Research potential clients and decision-makers
• Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn connections
• Schedule qualified discovery meetings for outside reps
• Ask the right questions to uncover staffing needs
• Maintain detailed notes and follow up in HubSpot CRM
• Collaborate with recruiters and sales teammates

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of inside sales, recruiting, or business development experience
• Strong communication skills, on the phone and in writing
• Organized, persistent, and coachable
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and using CRM systems
• Staffing or service industry experience a plus
