The posted compensation range of $51.57 - $76.96 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Provides Supervision for LVN's, Nurse Interns, Nurse Aides, Ward Clerks/Monitor Techs.

Assesses patient/family/S.O. to identify patient care and educational needs within the time specified in hospital policy.

Assessment includes biophysical, psychosocial, self-care, educational and discharge planning needs.

Completes ongoing shift assessments on assigned patients in coordination with other team members.

Assesses patient condition at the time of discharge/interfacility transfer.

Completes discharge assessment including continuing care needs, referrals, and documentation of patient understanding.

Job Requirements

Required

One to three (1-3) years of MedSurg/Tele experience

Registered Nurse: CA RN license

Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days

Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, within 30 Days
