Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead Porch Group’s flagship mortgage technology business, Floify. The role has full P&L responsibility and focuses on product innovation, operational excellence, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Floify's growth strategy, defining priorities to strengthen market leadership.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and expense targets with focus on unit economics and scalable growth.
• Set product vision and roadmap, staying ahead of market shifts and competitive dynamics.
• Build a customer‑centric culture, partnering with marketing, sales, and customer success to grow accounts, increase ARPA, and reduce churn.
• Build a culture of accountability, data‑driven decision‑making, and track KPIs such as Net Revenue Retention, product adoption, and NPS.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing cross‑functional team across product, sales, and operations.
• Identify and pursue strategic integrations with LOS providers, CRMs, and other industry platforms.
• Represent Floify at key industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in SaaS or fintech, ideally within mortgage, lending, or real estate technology.
• Proven P&L responsibility with track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Deep understanding of mortgage origination, digital lending platforms, and customer workflows.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills; ability to translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership and team‑building skills in a competitive market.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and data‑driven software platforms a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $206,300 – $288,800.
