Shift Type: Monday-Friday, Variable shifts (typically 8 patients/day Monday-Thursday, 6 on Friday)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments using manual techniques and therapeutic exercises
- Treat a variety of diagnoses including post-operative care, joint replacements, back pain, tendonitis, general deconditioning, balance, and vertigo
- Develop individualized rehabilitative programs combining hands-on techniques with patient education
- Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records using CPSI EMR system
- Work flexibly across both outpatient and inpatient settings as needed
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of current Physical Therapy experience required (new grads not considered)
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license or compact license required
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
- Previous travel experience strongly preferred
- CPSI EMR experience highly preferred
- Reliable transportation required (no public transport in the area)
Education
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
- Experience with orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
- Proficiency in balance training and vestibular rehabilitation
- Strong patient evaluation and treatment planning skills
- Ability to supervise PTAs and work collaboratively
