Cadence Analyst
Insight Globa's healthcare client is seeking a Cadence Analyst in support of workload related to their Community Connect Program.
The Epic Cadence Build Analyst will support the design, build, optimization, and maintenance of Epic Cadence scheduling applications across the enterprise. This individual will partner with operational stakeholders, clinical teams, and application analysts to enhance scheduling workflows, improve end-user experience, and support ongoing Epic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep Epic Cadence build experience, strong knowledge of healthcare scheduling workflows, and the ability to independently gather requirements, configure solutions, test enhancements, and provide production support.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, configure, and maintain Epic Cadence functionality.
- Analyze scheduling workflows and recommend system improvements.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Epic build solutions.
- Perform system testing, validation, and issue resolution.
- Support upgrades, optimizations, and new Epic implementations.
- Work closely with operational, clinical, and technical teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and build specifications.
- Participate in integrated testing efforts across Epic applications.
