Must have experience as a middle and/or high school administrator MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL Manage faculty and support staff Extensive knowledge of best practices to ensure academic growth of all students and professional growth of faculty/staff Take a leadership role in guiding curriculum implementation and supervision Visit classrooms and complete teacher professional development plans and evaluations using NCEES Handle discipline referrals fairly, consistently, and timely Help coordinate Family Nights and other stakeholder events for various grade levels Knowledge of Infinite Campus, Accountability/Testing, Athletics/Operations COMMUNICATIONS (in conjunction with central services) Foster proactive lines of communication in all areas of the school community Gather information from school stakeholders (staff, PTO, etc.) and send weekly Messenger announcements and any others as needed Contribute to newsletter (periodic publication for families) OTHER Support middle and high school athletic events Work closely with the central services team Charter school experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
