Contract : 6 months to perm

JOB DESCRIPTION

A client of Insight Global is looking for an Operations Program Manager to join their team in Rochester, NY. The Operations Managers will assist Programs Managers with seamless execution of Department of Defense programs. The Operations Manager will work cross-functionally and guide Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance towards program success.

Responsibilities include support overall Program by contributing schedule inputs and changes, maintaining timely and effective change management processes and procedures and monitoring rolling action item performance and ensuring that issues are addressed immediately, and corrective actions and recovery plans are implemented expeditiously.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

5+ years of experience as an Operations Manager

Experienced with all phases of manufacturing and program management

Extensive experience in manufacturing and working in a production environment

Experience in Planning, scheduling, coordinating etc

MS Project and excel experience
