Project Coordinator

Location: Remote, Ohio, 44060 (Open to candidates in AL, GA, FL, IL, HI, OH, MI, MS, NC, PA, SC, TX) Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $25.00/hour Assignment Length: 36 months

What You'll Do

Coordinate and support project activities from start to finish
Maintain and update project tracking systems and documentation
Communicate with internal teams and partners to keep timelines on track
Ensure accuracy in data entry, reporting, and project updates
Assist with problem-solving and process improvements

Must Haves

24 years of experience in project coordination, customer service, or administrative support
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and project tracking
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

Nice to Have

Experience in construction, signage, or operations environments
Familiarity with project tracking or project management systems
Experience working with subcontractors or purchase orders

Fully remote position (eligible states listed above)
Training provided via Microsoft Teams
Equipment will be mailed directly to you
