Automotive Express Lane Service Advisor

Job Description We are hiring an Automotive Express Lane Advisor to join our fast‑paced service team. We seek a motivated, professional, and customer‑focused individual who excels at communication, organization, and delivering efficient, high‑quality service for customers who need quick maintenance and light repairs. Compensation $700/week Plus Performance Bonus Base Schedule 5‑day work week, including Sundays, with Saturday's and one weekday off About The Role As an Express Lane Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers using our express service for oil changes, inspections, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance. You will greet guests, document vehicle needs, provide clear time and price estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure fast, accurate service. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction, and the ability to manage multiple quick‑turn service orders while keeping accurate records in the DMS/CRM.
