The Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on AI Product Manager to build the product foundation where AI agents and human teams work seamlessly together to deliver superior customer outcomes. In this role, you will take ownership of core platform capabilities end-to-end-from customer discovery and hands-on AI prototyping to product launch, evaluation, and continuous optimization. You will bridge cutting-edge LLMs and agentic workflows with enterprise needs, defining how the future of AI-driven customer experience software operates in production.

This is a fully remote role where you'll work together with cross-functional teams across the globe.
What You'll Own

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the strategy and execution for key areas of Crescendo's customer experience platform, aligning product plans with measurable quality and business outcomes.
• Hands-on AI Prototyping & Quality: Use modern AI tools to prototype agent workflows, refine prompt structures, and establish robust evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and telemetry for production quality.
• Human-AI Collaboration Systems: Design the balance between automation and human oversight, including escalation paths, workspace tools, auditability, and safety controls.
• Customer Discovery & Feedback Loops: Spend dedicated time with enterprise clients to understand constraints, translate user feedback into actionable requirements, and drive feature adoption.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Partner across Engineering, Forward Deployed Experts, and Leadership to align technical architecture, streamline product launches, and navigate cross-team dependencies.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of Product Management experience shipping technical enterprise software, developer platforms, or complex workflow automation products.
• Hands-on experience building with AI, including direct exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic workflows, multi-step orchestration, or tool integration.
• Startup Agility & Ownership: Proven ability to manage your own work autonomously, navigate organizational ambiguity, and lead zero-to-one product initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Technical Acumen: Comfortable diving into technical details with engineering teams, including APIs, data models, retrieval, tool usage, and evaluation systems.
• Builder Mindset: Direct experience using AI coding, prototyping, and modern developer tools to build working proofs of concept and validate product ideas quickly.
• Customer-Centric Instincts: Strong track record of converting complex enterprise customer problems into clear, scalable product requirements and intuitive workflows.

Preferred

• Prior experience in Conversational AI, Customer Support, Contact Center Software, or omnichannel CX platforms.
• Hands-on familiarity with simulation engines, AI observability systems, or controlled feature releases for probabilistic software.
• Experience building enterprise integrations, multi-tenant architectures, or security and governance features.
• Prior history thriving in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment where speed and execution matter daily.
