Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Evening Shift On-Call Training Supervisor to join our team. As an integral member of our training department, you will be responsible for overseeing the training and education of our caregivers, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care to our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for caregivers, focusing on customer service, clinical skills, and communication techniques
* Conduct regular training sessions, assessments, and evaluations to ensure caregivers meet our high standards
* Provide ongoing support and mentorship to caregivers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have
* Collaborate with our quality assurance team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
* Maintain accurate records of training sessions, assessments, and evaluations
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in home care training and education
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare training and education
* Strong understanding of home care regulations and industry standards
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
