About Us: US Concrete Products is seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is ideal for someone with strong manufacturing leadership experience who leads by example, communicates professionally, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. We are a family-owned company with a strong team-oriented culture and many long-term employees. We are looking for a leader who can support production operations while building positive working relationships with employees on the floor. Schedule: * Monday–Friday 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Pay: $28.00 – $34.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support daily manufacturing operations
• Lead production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Remain hands-on within production operations and assist employees as needed
• Coordinate workflow and assign tasks throughout the shift
• Monitor production flow and minimize downtime
• Communicate professionally and effectively with employees and management
• Complete production reporting and operational documentation
• Support inventory awareness and production efficiency
• Maintain safety standards and enforce company procedures
• Assist with forklift operations and material movement as needed
• Help train and develop production employees
• Address production concerns and communicate maintenance or operational issues

to management * Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs Preferred Qualifications: * Previous leadership experience in manufacturing, concrete, cement, packaging, or industrial production environments * Experience with palletizers, packaging lines, inventory control, forklifts, or logistics operations is highly preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to lead a team professionally and effectively
• Ability to remain calm and organized in high-pressure environments
• Hands-on leadership mentality and willingness to work alongside employees
• Previous experience with companies such as Oldcastle, Quikrete, GAF, US

Gypsum, or similar manufacturing operations is a strong plus Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to work within an active manufacturing environment involving dust,

heat, machinery, and noise

• Ability to safely perform physical job duties required throughout the workday
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without

reasonable accommodation Additional Information: This position operates within an active manufacturing facility. Supervisors are expected to remain engaged in day-to-day operations and support the production team directly when needed.
