Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager – Commercial Banking Site 10% BONUS ***

We are seeking a facilities manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a commercial banking facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the building and grounds operate efficiently while managing a team of engineers, a workplace coordinator, and all on-site activities.

You’ll take full ownership of the budget lifecycle (CapEx & OpEx) , maintain financial accuracy in Yardi , and support project execution through coordination with procurement, vendors, and internal stakeholders. As the primary client-facing contact, you’ll ensure expectations are met, contracts are upheld, and operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, including building engineers and site staff
• Manage full financial lifecycle (CapEx & OpEx), including forecasting, reporting, and budget tracking
• Maintain and update financial data within Yardi or similar systems
• Coordinate bid packages, vendor selection, and support in-house project delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring service excellence and contract compliance
• Present project updates and financials to stakeholders and leadership

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial facilities management experience
• Proven team leadership experience in a commercial environment
• Strong financial management skills (reporting, budgeting, bid packages)
• Experience with Yardi or similar financial tools
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-starter with ability to own and manage site operations independently
