We are hiring a Maintenance Planner - 2nd shift that will be responsible for leading the maintenance planning and scheduling programs to reduce downtime through preventative maintenance practices. What You Will Do Plan, prioritize, and assess maintenance work orders, ensuring feasibility, required approvals, and coordination with requesting departments. Review technical documents (blueprints, schematics) and prepare all required parts, tools, and kits to support efficient maintenance execution. Estimate labor and material needs, allocate resources to work orders, and maintain accurate maintenance and cost records. Develop, schedule, and manage preventive maintenance (PM) activities for all plant equipment, including required OSHA‑related safety checks. Maintain comprehensive equipment history files, including work performed, labor hours, parts usage, and recommendations for equipment or process improvements. What We Look For Two‑year technical degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience; SAP experience preferred. Minimum 2 years of mechanical / electrical maintenance, planning, or manufacturing experience. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams. What We Offer The base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $99,000 annually, with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
