In this role, you’ll own product performance end-to-end, working across teams to drive validation, yield improvement, and customer satisfaction. You’ll play a central role in connecting engineering efforts and ensuring our products meet the highest standards.Responsibilities:Partner with engineering and manufacturing to develop process conditions and product test programsIdentify failure modes and develop targeted tests to improve product validationAct as primary point of contact for assigned products across cross-functional teamsAnalyze yield data, debug failures, and drive root cause and corrective actionsSupport datasheet refinement, specifications, and technical documentationMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer EngineeringWorking knowledge of programming concepts with experience in at least one languageAbility to analyze data and troubleshoot technical issuesWillingness to relocate to Manassas, VA and work on-sitePreferred Qualifications:Experience in semiconductor or product engineering rolesFamiliarity with VLSI concepts and semiconductor device physicsStrong collaboration skills with ability to work across multiple teamsExperience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection, and yield improvement initiativesAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
