Licensed/Qualified Mental Health Professional - $15k Sign On Bonus (55557)

Position Details Location: Bowling Green, Missouri (Northeast Correctional Center, 63334). Position Type: Full‑time. Shift: Monday‑Friday, 7:30am‑4:00pm with on‑call rotation and stipend. Compensation: $68,640 – $89,232 per year, based on licensed experience. Sign‑on bonus up to $15,000 (limited time). NHSC Loan Repayment up to $50,000 available at designated locations. Responsibilities The Licensed/Qualified Mental Health Professional provides comprehensive mental health services to patients in a correctional setting, including intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, consulting with a multi‑disciplinary team, and delivering individual and group therapy. Qualifications Master’s level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution. Active Missouri mental health professional license (P‑LPC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Current CPR and Basic Life Support certification. Preferred: two years of direct care experience with individuals with mental illness. Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
