The role itself is properly varied. You’ll review returns, support and mentor junior staff, work directly with business owners and get involved in tax planning and advisory work. No waiting six months for someone to make a decision. They’re looking for someone with around 5 years of public accounting tax experience who’s ready to take that next step.
