Tucson, Arizona An outpatient physical therapist position is available requiring candidates to bring their license on the first day. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring effective return to community activities. The position offers an immediate start with shift hours from 8 AM and a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, CPR certification, 0 years of experience (must have at least 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience as a preferred qualification)
• Preferred Qualifications: Clinical reasoning, medical record documentation, goal setting, functional quality indicator assessment, letters of medical necessity, charge entry, adherence to State Practice Act, professional development, ethical conduct
• Additional Information: The physical therapist will conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, participate in student programs, pursue professional development, and adhere to all regulatory standards.
