Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Description Job Description Construction Mechanics Inc (CMI) is looking for full time Apartment Maintenance Techs for work in Berea. Must have a valid Driver's License. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Conduct regular property inspections to identify safety or maintenance issues Prepare units for move-in, including painting, repairs, and general turnover work Troubleshoot and repair maintenance emergencies as needed Maintain cleanliness of maintenance shop and storage areas Work collaboratively with property management and provide excellent customer service to residents Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies Qualifications: Previous apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs Ability to use standard tools and equipment safely Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication and customer service abilities Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What We Offer: Competitive wages Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Employee housing discounts (if applicable) How to Apply: You can reply to this job posting or send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io
