Overview Audit Manager opportunity at SR Staffing for a respected Mid-Size CPA firm headquartered in San Antonio, TX. Hybrid schedule; focus on external audits with opportunities for career growth and work-life balance. Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr Responsibilities Lead external audit engagements for clients in accordance with professional standards. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to plan, execute, and complete audits with quality and efficiency. Mentor junior staff and support staff on engagements; contribute to the firm’s growth and client service excellence. Engage in project management and risk assessment as part of audit processes. Qualifications 4+ years of external audit experience at a reputable CPA firm. CPA license required. Schedule and Work Environment Hybrid schedule: in office on Monday; Tuesday–Thursday (WFH or client site visits); Friday in office, WFH, or client site visits. Summer Fridays: Fridays off from end of May to mid-August.
