This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong ground-up commercial construction background who enjoys being involved throughout the entire project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience managing larger commercial projects and be comfortable working closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project performance
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Review plans, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders
• Monitor project costs and schedules to ensure projects remain on track
• Assist with procurement, buyout, and subcontractor negotiations
• Work closely with the Superintendent and project team throughout construction
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure successful closeout

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience
• Strong ground-up commercial construction experience
• Experience managing larger, more complex projects
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, and subcontractor management
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
