Job Description Key Responsibilities Process andmanage incoming vendor invoiceswith accuracy and efficiency. Retrieve electronic documents andinvoicesfrom various vendor portalsand systems. Address day-to-day accounts payable inquiries and researchrequests, includingresponding tointerdepartmental questionsregardingpolicies and documentation requirements. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolvediscrepanciesin a timely and efficient manner. Ensure prompt and accurate processing, payment, and accounting of all trade payables,verifying thatcoding is correct andcomplieswith company policies and procedures. Maintainpositiverelationships with suppliers and vendors,proactivelyresolving invoice issues or errors. Collaborate with the finance team tosupporta smooth month-end closing process. Maintainand adhere tointernal controls and procedures for the accounts payable process to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Reviewand verifytime and expense submissionsfor accuracy and policy compliance. Assist in the annual preparation and distribution of 1099 tax formsto vendors and contractors. Must perform all other duties as assigned by your manager. Qualifications Minimum2 years of Accounts Payable experiencein a corporate or professional services environment. Associate's degree or Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldpreferred. Working knowledge of fundamental accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel(including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis). Strong analytical, mathematical, and researchcapabilities. Excellent interpersonal skillswith the ability to build effective working relationships. Superiorwritten and verbal communication skills. Exceptionalattention to detailand accuracy. Highly organizedwith strong time management abilities.
