Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens, Inc. is seeking a CRED Case Manager I to deliver professional intervention and comprehensive support services to clients in need. You will engage, assess, refer, and connect participants to services while developing individualized case plans with clear goals. Working under the Program Manager, you will provide weekly coaching, perform field visits, and coordinate with counselors and outreach staff to remove barriers and help participants meet their #J-18808-Ljbffr Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens, Inc.
