Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc. and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc..

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Neuro experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred.

Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric telemetry unit caring for neuro, stroke, Med/Surg, bariatric surgery, and ortho neurosurgery patients.

Shift & Scheduling: - RTO: 5 days or less. - Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: - Float within scope to meet facility needs, including sister facilities.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
