Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Overtime after 40 hours · On-call rotation with additional pay Location: [City, State]

We’re hiring heavy equipment mechanics to work on the newest fleet in the industry. You'll diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on heavy equipment and aerial lifts — with our T3 platform powering you along the way.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment, working independently

• [Field only: Travel to customer job sites; maintain your service vehicle in professional condition]

• Read schematics and use diagnostic software to isolate faults

• Document work orders accurately and daily in T3 (laptop/tablet)

• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts

• Mentor junior technicians

• Hands-on experience servicing heavy equipment, aerial lifts, or diesel systems

• Your own tools applicable to the position

• Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams

• Working knowledge of hydraulic and electrical diagnostics

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; 21+ to operate company vehicles

• Trade school certificate or OEM certifications

• Working knowledge of OSHA requirements

• Experience across multiple equipment manufacturers
