Serenity Motion Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation center located in the vibrant community of Spring Hill, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify individual goals and needs, establishing a tailored treatment plan.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour to ensure quality, focused care and consistent progress monitoring.
• Implement effective treatment strategies that emphasize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility enhancement.
• Utilize evidence-based practice to deliver personalized intervention that promotes independence and functionality.
• Create and adapt comprehensive care plans based on the latest rehabilitation methodologies and techniques.
• Encourage and motivate patients to actively participate in their recovery through personalized fitness and wellness programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless and comprehensive patient care.
• Evaluate patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and thoroughly documenting all care services provided.
• Guide patients in adopting healthier lifestyles that improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve primarily consist of those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our focus is not just on rehabilitation but on empowering patients with the knowledge and tools to manage their health effectively post-treatment.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Possession of a valid state license as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A clean professional record, free from board or disciplinary actions.
• Exemplary skills in manual therapy and developing exercise protocols suited to individual patient needs.
• Competent in using EMR software, particularly WebPT, for efficient documentation and patient tracking.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings showcasing hands-on rehabilitation skills.
• Proven track record of improving patient outcomes through tailored therapy regimes.
