Work Environment

This full-time position operates entirely onsite at our Spring Hill clinic. You will work collaboratively in a supportive environment alongside a team of compassionate professionals who prioritize patient care above all else. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual patient goals and therapy needs.
• Manage an average caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring focused, high-quality care for every individual.
• Develop and execute evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate numerous intervention techniques formulated for orthopedic conditions.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription tailored to optimize recovery and enhance patient mobility.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously and adapt treatment plans based on the outcomes and evolving patient needs.
• Document all patient care services provided thoroughly to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create a cohesive strategy for comprehensive patient management.
• Maintain clear and encouraging communication with patients throughout their therapy journey, motivating them towards achieving health targets.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will greatly assist individuals aiming to regain their pre-injury strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall functional capacity—fostering independence in daily activities.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) is required.
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida, with no disciplinary actions on record.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques as well as the design and execution of tailored exercise programs.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, is essential for maintaining accurate patient documentation and care tracking.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred, showcasing your capability in addressing diverse patient needs effectively.
• A strong track record of using evidence-based practices to achieve successful patient outcomes, particularly in rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
