Superior Balance Physical Health Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated, full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our compassionate team at our rehabilitation center located in the heart of Spring Hill, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their goals and needs, formulating effective treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Manage a patient caseload of one individual per hour, providing focused attention and quality care during each session.
• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities and evidence-based practices, creating tailored care plans that encompass interventions aimed at restoring mobility and enhancing strength.
• Develop customized fitness and wellness programs to promote long-term health improvement for each patient.
• Monitor progress continuously and adapt treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
• Carefully document all patient interactions, treatments, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to each patient's care, including consultations when necessary.
• Migrate towards less reliance on medications by implementing alternative therapeutic interventions to improve patients' physical functionality.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive attitude toward their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will be working with largely comprise individuals seeking recovery from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, including joint replacements, sports injuries, and chronic pain stemming from musculoskeletal conditions. They are diverse in age and background, requiring personalized treatment approaches that align with their unique lifestyles and rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional record without any disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques, along with a sound understanding of exercise protocols.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, is advantageous to streamline documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred, enhancing your ability to provide effective care.
• Strong background in developing innovative rehabilitation programs that address a broad spectrum of mobility and functional challenges.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
