Location: Eureka, CA 95501
Start Date: 12/31/2025
End Date/Duration: 3 months with possible extension
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours/week: 40
Employment Type: Contract
Licensure/Certifications: Active DEA, Immunizations (Flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap)
Experience: Prior dental experience preferred

Hourly Rate: $1.00/hour

What You'll Do
- Provide dental care to both pediatric and adult patients
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans for diverse patient cases
- Perform routine dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, and fillings
- Maintain accurate and timely chart closures within 72 hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Document patient information and treatment details in compliance with regulations
What You Need
- Valid state license to practice dentistry in California
- Active DEA license
- Immunizations: Flu (2022-2023), TB test/results, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap (within last 10 years)
- Minimum 6 months of dental practice experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
About the Assignment This position entails working in a busy dental clinic serving patients of all ages. The provider must be comfortable with seeing both children and adults, managing a full schedule, and completing charting within 72 hours. Immunization requirements must be met prior to start date to ensure credentialing and licensure approval.
