About the Role

Applicants for the VP of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in restaurant operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a franchise environment. A consistent record of meeting operational commitments is essential, and experience in restaurant marketing is a plus. The role requires strong financial acumen, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, be adept at using Microsoft Office, and have expert-level skills with various operational point-of-sale systems.
