Platform agnostic by design, the studio works with digital native talent to expand their ideas across YouTube, television, streaming, film, and more.The Vice President, Talent Lead will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, structuring, and growing FOX Creator Studio’s roster of creator and talent partnerships. This executive will lead talent strategy across the studio, building a pipeline of high-potential digital-native voices and established creators with the ability to scale into durable entertainment brands. The role requires deep relationships across the creator ecosystem, sharp instincts for emerging talent, and the ability to translate creator appeal into long-term commercial and creative value for FOX.This is a highly strategic and outward-facing role for a leader who understands creator culture, talent economics, brand alignment, and the development of talent into scalable cross-platform franchises.Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for five (5) days per week is an essential function of the position. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
