Responsibilities : Lead and mentor multiple client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements across the people side of transformations, utilizing technical and industry knowledge to drive actionable solutionsUtilize technical and industry knowledge in the areas of Change Management, Organizational Development and human centered design to drive the right experiences in creating lasting changeDrive business development through development of long-term business relationships with key executives on current engagements and internal KPMG relationships to drive new business within functional and industry focusLead and contribute to the development and innovation of Change methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers and training effortsCoach and develop teams by providing clear, behaviorally specific performance feedback and specific performance suggestions for improvement in a manner that builds confidence and fosters a safe environmentQualifications : Minimum eight years of relevant work experience related to consulting in Change Management and Human-Centered Design and four years in Advisory services within a major consulting firm and experience leading large scale business transformation projectsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline from an accredited college/university; MBA or an advanced degree from an accredited college/university is preferredStrong demonstrated ability in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project and other design tools to develop work plans, articulate complex issues, analyze data and drive experience-centric change actionsDemonstrated ability to mentor and train staff-level professionals and excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleaguesWorking knowledge in scoping, project management, budget management and staffing projects and experience with and knowledge of change management and human centered designPrevious experience in scoping, project management, budget management and staffing projects and experience managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team; previous experience in setting priorities and balancing competing deadlines desiredTravel may be up to 80-100%Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
