Exercise Physiologist - FT

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family of companies, is hiring an Exercise Physiologist – Full Time to join our growing and passionate team. Employment Type: Full‑Time Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility | Long‑Term Care What You'll Do Meet with patients/clients to establish medical histories, exercise histories and exercise goals. Develop, implement, and coordinate exercise and wellness programs for patients/clients under supervision of a physical therapist or physician. Develop individualized exercise plans. Provide clinical oversight of exercise program. Perform diagnostic tests as indicated (stress test, EKG, body fat assessment) to assess patient/clients health and fitness. Ensure all patient/client documentation is completed in a timely fashion. Exercise Physiologist performs all other duties as assigned.
