Sentara Health Plans in Virginia Beach, VA seeks Registered Nurses for the Innovative Inpatient Care Model in the Centralized Virtual Acute Care Department. This is not remote and is based at the Sentara Independence office.

Shifts are FLEXI/PRN with rotating schedules; virtual nurses assist bedside staff and handle tasks via secure video calls to improve patient flow and safety. Responsibilities include admissions, discharges, patient teaching, medication reconciliation, and collaboration with
