Staff Accountant / Administrator – Full-Time

Coral Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant / Administrator to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of accounts payable experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will support the company’s daily accounting and administrative operations, ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately and on time. This position will also provide general administrative support to the office and assist the Finance team with various accounting projects and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review invoices, verify supporting documentation, and ensure proper coding and approvals.
• Assist with account reconciliations and general ledger activities.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Assist with payment processing and vendor communications.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other financial documentation as needed.
• Assist the Finance team with various accounting projects and special assignments.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Administrative

• Distribute and organize incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain an inventory of office supplies and ensure the office remains adequately stocked with the tools and materials needed for daily operations.
• Place and coordinate office supply orders as needed.
• Maintain an organized and functional office environment.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and office coordination.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance team and assist with various projects.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the Finance team.
• Professional, dependable, and service-oriented approach.
• Hospitality or industry-related accounting experience is a plus.
