From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready‑to‑wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry. The Role TOTEME is looking for a full‑time Stock Supervisor to join the team at our store on Madison Avenue. In this role, you will be responsible for managing back‑of‑house operations, including stockroom organization and inventory control, while also supporting the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience on the shop floor. You will collaborate closely with the Retail, Buying, Planning, and Client Services teams, and report directly to the Store Manager. Responsibilities Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure the stockroom is always organized. Receive, process and organize incoming stock. Prepare and dispatch outgoing stock, including transfers and returns. Support the team in daily store operations and ensure smooth back‑of‑house functionality. Monitor and contribute to achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business targets. Execute and improve workflows to optimize store efficiency, both independently and as part of a team. Serve as a point of contact between the store and cross‑functional departments. Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy. Your Profile Previous experience in stock management, ideally within the luxury sector. Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required. Fluent in both spoken and written English. About You Highly organized with a natural ability to create efficient workflows. Proactive, results‑driven, and detail‑oriented. Capable of multitasking and resolving challenges with a calm, solution‑focused approach. Adaptable and open‑minded, with a collaborative and positive attitude. This is a full‑time position based at TOTEME's store on Madison Avenue starting as soon as possible. The hourly salary for this role ranges between $27-33 per hour USD before tax and will be set according to the applicant’s profile, skills and previous experience. TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
