Salary

$400,000 – $525,000 annually (based on experience, academic rank, and qualifications) with potential productivity and quality incentive bonuses. Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional care for high-risk pregnancies. This position offers the opportunity to manage complex maternal and fetal conditions while working alongside experienced OB/GYN physicians, neonatologists, genetic counselors, sonographers, and advanced practice providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive consultation and management for high-risk obstetric patients.
• Perform and interpret advanced obstetric ultrasound examinations.
• Conduct fetal diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling (CVS), when appropriate.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and other multidisciplinary teams to optimize maternal and fetal outcomes.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with maternal medical disorders, fetal anomalies, and multiple gestations.
• Participate in inpatient consultations, outpatient clinics, and call coverage.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical research, and educational activities, if desired.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Fellowship training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
• Eligible for New York medical licensure.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
