Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid LMFT license in the state of California.

• Experience and proficiency in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of professional experience is required, we prefer candidates who have experience working in a community health setting or have specialized training in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, or evidence-based therapy modalities.
