Work Environment\n

This positions allows for remote work, yet you will remain closely connected with our clinic and its resources. Our workweek is structured from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life integration. While the majority of sessions may occur virtually, therapists may occasionally meet clients in person when required. This flexibility enables you to deliver high-quality care tailored to each client's needs while maintaining your work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, addressing various mental health issues and relationship dynamics.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical records in adherence to HIPAA regulations and state standards.

• Involve family members or other support systems in the treatment process when applicable, helping to create a supportive environment for clients.

• Develop effective working relationships with professional colleagues and support staff to ensure integrated and holistic client care.

• Work collaboratively with other clinicians, community organizations, and agencies to coordinate care and resources for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and advocacy for clients during emergencies, implementing immediate action plans when necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
